“An absolute pleasure doing business at Vics is an understatement! I went in with a Prius and no cash down hoping my credit wouldn't stop me from getting approved for a new car. I was very impressed by the options available on the lot and felt like the salesman Jesse really allowed me to simply take my time checking out all of my options. I seen a few I loved that were in my budget but the odds of an approval had me sweating bullets. I was first advised that he could get double the amount I assumed my car to be worth as a trade in and down-payment. Then I was given the opportunity be approved by a bank!! I couldn't believe it! What was the cherry on top was the fact that I didn't expect to leave with a car WITHIN MY BUDGET!! I'm so GRATEFUL and pleased with my finance purchase. What made things even better was the time Jesse took to make sure I understood my contract and most importantly how to pay it off quicker (something most dealers won't share). He was even able to get me paint coverage and gap insurance, also something I've never been offered previously! It was overall the MOST pleasant experience EVER at ANY dealership!Go see Jesse, you WILL NOT be disappointed!”

“I bought my third car from Shaun today. The first one I had for 5 years. Never once was in the shop. Aside from tires and oil changes, I once had the battery cleaned because it started slow like 3 years later. Eventually got brakes at the 4 year mark and that's it! Never even did a tune up, changed plugs, no transmission or coolant service, nada. The second car was so quiet you couldn't tell it was on. He even risked the sale by suggesting a newer car and got me approved with lower payments. The car I bought today he got me approved over the phone and when I arrived he got $40 knocked off the estimated payments. Mike, his brother helped with the paperwork and had great tips on getting rid of the interest faster. I strongly recommend going here for a car. Two cars and not one time has it had repairs done over a 6 year period. Kari was also helpful. They have a great team there!”
