They were open to any changes along the way and really described the difference between the different wood types and knobs and any other finishings. “Bought a custom nightstand that was made from reclaimed wood. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the piece during the transport. The most noticeable damage was a Quarter-sized chip on the face of the dresser drawer. In addition, parts of the dresser drawer was flimsy most likely due to it was reclaimed wood. Met the owner on Friday, handed him my drawer and almost got a splinter from the drawer. The owner said that splinters were common with that type of wood. Picked my drawer after 3 days and it was PERFECT! The chip was fixed, the flimsy parts reinforced and the owner sanded/smoothed the splintery areas. Highly recommend this shop for their awesome service!”
