“Everything was going smoothly. The customer service and prices were good. The trouble started when it was time to deliver. The day before delivery, they call me and say that the delivery is going to be 1 week late! I am worried if it will even be delivered in a week. Update: Jackson called me and apologized the delay. He was really sincere and understood. He even gave me a refund on the delivery as an apology. The refund did come a few days after the mattress was delivered. 1 week later, the mattress and base was delivered on time. The delivery people were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They came on time and had it completed in about 20mins.Overall, a little bumpy but the great customer service and the price is the reason you want to go here. At least try coming here first!”

“I cannot thank store manager Rafael enough for helping me purchase something that in one week's time has already helped change my life and get me on the right track to heal my injuries.I strolled in within the last hour of the store being open and he was welcoming and kind- he listened intently to what I was going through pain wise and what my diagnoses were (ensuring he would not contraindicate any of my dr's suggestions and could guide me in the right direction as I was looking for a chair to actually be comfortable in and alleviate my compressed spine). We tried two models that he suggested (spent over 30 minutes together) and I landed on "the perfect chair" which came in a size just right for me as I am a petite woman. The chair is not only beautiful, but it allows me to have a safe place to rest and relax as I recover. I kept finding myself "set back" in my healing journey because all of my furniture is incredibly unsupportive.Getting the right furniture is imperative to healing - I am convinced of this. I met another manager (Guy) when I came back in to make the purchase and he was also incredibly helpful and straightforward. “I have used Sofas Tables and More to have 2 sofas made, also a window seat cushion and some pillows. Vannesa and Gabriel are both very knowledgeable. They guided us through the many choices we needed to make, told us exactly the timing and cost and all was as promised. The first sofa they made for us is now 2 years old and we could not be happier with it. Due to their guidance it was exactly what we wanted. It is known as the "napping couch" in our house - you cannot sit on it without napping. The second sofa we asked them to make was for our daughter - this was just a year ago - the same wonderful experience and the same very happy customer. We just put in our order for a seat cushion for our window seat in our master bedroom and some throw pillows. Same great service and I am sure we will be equally delighted with this product. “If you're looking for a massage chair this is the place to check out. They have several levels of massage chairs and inform you of the differences between the chairs. There's no sales pressure only information. They let you try out the chairs and show you some of the different functions of the chairs. I bought the SM7300 which is a nice chair, it had good reviews from some massage reviewers. The prices are reasonable and the features are comparable to much more expensive chairs. I had the white glove delivery service which is nice as they assemble the chair and take away the large cardboard boxes the chairs are shipped in. I got the chair about a week after I ordered the chair. I use the chair several times a day and it's very relaxing. Great place to check out message chairs”
