“I've had almost entirely positive experience with this store. The clothing is of decent quality, the staff is helpful, the material is durable and it's stylish. My some complaint would be with the sizing.In recent years, Banana Republic has moved to vanity sizing. My pants, which are normally a 31 or 32, were 4 inches too large. I needed to purchase a 28, which is NOWHERE near my waist line.I really hope they stop this. BRING A TAPE MEASURE when you shop here!!”

“I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.”

“I shopped here for years for my teen daughter and the service is always great. Our last visit a tall redhead I think her name was Hannah helped us. Seriously the service, her suggestions and assistance was Saks quality. Very talented, professional young lady. I see a future business owner in her. We came in for two items and left with way more. Their other stores For Good and the kids Nectar are great too. So glad we have these places in Redlands. It makes me happy to support local businesses.”

“I came here on a Sunday afternoon and found what I was looking for. The store staff were friendly and helpful. I also happy their had a 70 percent off sale that day...I purchased swimwear as well. I enjoyed my shopping and see they had a lot of spring time and summer wear throughout their store. I will definitely come back.”

“I went in looking for sneakers, but the girls selection wasn't great. Luckily my sister and I looked over at the boys selection and it was phenomenal. We both ended up getting some Adidas, my sister also got a pair of wing tips. It was awesome. Check out was a nightmare. The line was super long and there was only one girl checking out. I wish they would bring back the mobile. Check out areas for those using credit cards.”

When the line is long, they open more registers, while reassuring me that they are going to see my transaction through to the end, I hate taking up too much employee time especially during a busy season. “I had ordered a watch from the website 3 weeks before my anniversary for my husband and when i checked to see the location of it, it stated still in route to the store. I of course contacted the customer service number only to be re routed to the store. After a few attempts I finally reached a representative at the store. I of course was not rude to the ladies even though i was frustrated with my situation as one, they are not owner of the store but workers and two they weren't the company shipping my watch. After speaking to a representative Karissa, who was understanding and i formed me of the policies, i asked to speak to a manager as I needed a solution to the problem. I spoke to the manager named Maria, she was also very understanding and while she gave me the same run down of the policies attempted to help me. I was not at all expecting them to fix my issue right then and there as that unrealistic and unreasonable, hearing that they at least were looking i to it made me happy. She asked that i allow the weekend to see if the watch showed at the store. Monday came and i received a notice that my watch was at the store. I was so excited, i drove yo the store which is down the street from where i worked, to only find out it had been returned to sender by the delivery company as the label was not legible. I talked to Maria and in person she was just as sweet than on the phone, i was able to get store credit and Karissa was willing to go above and beyond! These ladies made my day ! I will be returning! It shows that being kind to people even when frustrated always helps.”
