“I've had almost entirely positive experience with this store. The clothing is of decent quality, the staff is helpful, the material is durable and it's stylish. My some complaint would be with the sizing.In recent years, Banana Republic has moved to vanity sizing. My pants, which are normally a 31 or 32, were 4 inches too large. I needed to purchase a 28, which is NOWHERE near my waist line.I really hope they stop this. BRING A TAPE MEASURE when you shop here!!”

“This place has the coolest employees and they're all so handsome. these old reviews from 10 years ago need to be fixed lol. Some of the product is expensive but checking their prices it's the same from the suppliers website, it's also quality stuff so I guess it makes sense. I think all of the guys (and girls) should get a raise because they're so friendly and useful. I highly recommend!!”
“I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.”

“Saw this store beside Sephora so I wanted to check it out to see if they had any clothing that my son would like.They currently have a sale pack of $100, which you can buy Active clothes, 2 Tshirts or tank tops, 2 shorts and 4 pairs of socks. This is a great deal!Jimmy, the employee was so nice and helpful to show me all the light weighted clothing that they had in the store.This store is clean. Prices are are a bit higher, but you get what you pay for in quality.”
“I shopped here for years for my teen daughter and the service is always great. Our last visit a tall redhead I think her name was Hannah helped us. Seriously the service, her suggestions and assistance was Saks quality. Very talented, professional young lady. I see a future business owner in her. We came in for two items and left with way more. Their other stores For Good and the kids Nectar are great too. So glad we have these places in Redlands. It makes me happy to support local businesses.”
“I went in looking for sneakers, but the girls selection wasn't great. Luckily my sister and I looked over at the boys selection and it was phenomenal. We both ended up getting some Adidas, my sister also got a pair of wing tips. It was awesome. Check out was a nightmare. The line was super long and there was only one girl checking out. I wish they would bring back the mobile. Check out areas for those using credit cards.”

“This place is a cute quaint shop located in the downtown Redlands area. I found it casually walking through the area and loved it. There are a lot of unique different pieces for the interior of your home. The prices are high, the only critique. Worth checking out!”

“Located in the Mountain Grove plaza. Plenty of parking if it's not on the weekend. You may bar to park a bit far from the store on a busy weekend.My teens wanted to shop here because of the sales. The sales ranged from 40% to 70% off. I forgot to take pictures inside.Bought a pair of pants originally $50 marked down, then another $70 off, ended up paying $15. There's different clothing left at each Tilly's so you may need to look at other stores to see what's available.Employee here was very nice and friendly.”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars because I absolutely love the clothing and accessories here. The clothes are of great quality, beautiful fit and gorgeous fabric. I went in to get Little Florecita coasters and car charms, but I ended up spending $600 on clothes and jewelry. That's not usual for me, but the items were such great quality and so unique. I will be shopping here, but my husband needs to come with me so he can curb my spending.”
