This store tried to charge me for my own box, felt like I had to tell the guy to reviews his camera to prove it. They charge to print your return labels . I'm assuming this UPS store is privately owned.

I was greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Kevin. He greeted me and asked how he could help and did so with an upbeat pleasant attitude. I was confused about codes that needed to be scanned and labels to be printed, but he sorted it our for me and did so quickly.

If you are going to be the Amazon preferred return method then have enough employees to get the job done in reasonable time. Standing in line for 20minutes is not good customer service.

I had a large box to return to the retailer. There were 3 employees. One was waiting on the customer in front of me. Another was on the phone in the back—could have been business. The third was texting on his phone. I stood there for awhile until the one person that was actually working turned around and motioned to them about working. The two that weren’t working never looked up. Someone needs to talk to their employees about customer service. 2 stars because one of the employees was actually working.

Sandra is very rude and a horrible attitude. I’d highly recommend proper customer services training for her or different position. Arguing or going back and forth with a customer is very unprofessional

Do not return your Amazon items to this store. The employee scanned my QR code for my return, placed the shipping label on the box and Amazon never got the return. Thank you to this store for stealing $70.

I got there before their closing hours, and the doors were locked. They refused to acknowledge me at all. As I stood there, the people in the front deliberately ignored me, all the while helping another customer at an open register. Having waited 10 minutes, I still see them closing the registers with the doors locked. I get working for UPS suсks, but making another person's day worse isn't gonna make your day better. This will be my 3rd time dealing with Mona at this location! She is rude and unprofessional every time I come to do business with UPS. She grabbed my packages out of my hand in a very rude manner and always has a mean look on her face. I shouldn't have to deal with her childish behavior! It's obvious she hates her job! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I can see why this stire has such low reviews. I called ahead for livescan. The male wh9 answered said no appointment needed. Came to rhe location and the gray haired lady who clearly wasnt happy with her job i formed me there was no one there to do live scan. At $6 a gallon for gas, you owe me some money!!!

Jay was amazing. Helped elderly woman find the QR code on her phone. So patient and helpful! Shastina was helping a confused young man. Never got impatient or cross. Two other customers were waiting. We all just said it is amazing to have 2 such wonderful young people in the work place. Thank you!!

I go to this UPS location simply because it's close to where I live, and most of the time I have good customer service when I drop off packages. Today was my first time dropping off a package for a return through Amazon. On Amazon, it says not to bring any packaging, that I can return the item without anything attached; all I needed was the barcode. Nonetheless, I put my item in a poly mailer but I didn't seal it just in case I wasn't to have it in a package or if I had to buy a box. When I went up to the cashier, Mona helped me out and right when she saw my package she rolled her eyes and shook her head --it was obvious she was upset I didn't seal the poly mailer. I didn't think it was a big deal, but to her, it seemed to be. I suppose that was too much work for her to do or that it was just below her pay grade because she instantly had an annoyed demeanor and tossed my package on the scale before aggressively slapping a label on top.

Associate pleasant but this UPS store in Beaumont should post a sign, I had bought a ups card to make copies before Covid then all of su they don't take them, supposedly new owners said they don't do that anymore, so why couldn't I get my money back? Bad business honor the customer new owner. I'll take my business else where you charge way to much for copies.
