I was greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Kevin. He greeted me and asked how he could help and did so with an upbeat pleasant attitude. I was confused about codes that needed to be scanned and labels to be printed, but he sorted it our for me and did so quickly.

If you are going to be the Amazon preferred return method then have enough employees to get the job done in reasonable time. Standing in line for 20minutes is not good customer service.
