The staff person who helped me had a positive attitude and made me feel welcome. I needed a battery replaced in an old watch, and they got it done in about 10 minutes or so even though I did not have a prior appointment. I was very impressed with their service.

Redlands Jewelers has been amazing in so many ways. My fiancé bought our engagement rings here with Diana’s help and she worked so hard to find the perfect diamond for our budget. I am so happy with the service and quality provided at Redlands Jewelers. We have since gone back for wedding bands and a watch. They treat us as family rather than customers. We will not go anywhere else for jewelry.

The staff at Redlands Jewelers has provided excellent customer service and skilled expertise again! I used them in 2023 to repair a custom Sterling earring that had been damaged (severely bent wire) and to repair a childhood necklace that had a persistent kink in one area. Neither of these pieces were purchased from Redlands Jewelers but they were able to restore both pieces and returned them to me cleaned and with their original beauty restored. This week I went in to inquire about having some work done on several vintage wrist watches and their watch technician was able to replace batteries while we waited. The salesperson had asked me earlier if I wanted to have my white gold wedding band (several decades old) replated. I dropped it off the same day as the watches and had it back in two days. Their helpful customer service, knowledge about settings and gems, and ability to do custom work makes Redlands Jewelers our choice for jewelry in Redlands.

Staff is very friendly and respectful. Everybody in the shop is just nice and pleasant to speak with. They are professional and respectful.of your time. I have had a few necklaces repaired here and the job has always been well done. The repairs are clean, neat, and nearly invisible. You have to look really hard to see where the repair was done. Their jeweler is really good at what they do and they are in house!
