Dropped in to untangle a necklace chain that arrived in the mail. I was expecting to drop it off and pick up on a later date but they helped me right on the spot! They even gave me a card backing and jewelry bag for proper presentation as it is a Valentine's Day gift. Thank you so much Karina and staff for saving the day!!!

Went here to have a watch battery replaced and they were super friendly and very quick as I only waited about 10 min for the jeweler to do this. This is a very nice Jewelry store located in downtown.
