“It's not the store but the groomers themselves that create a positive or negative experience. Tikka is a 95 lbs handful. He is a long hair GSD so there is matting issues. He also isn't nice to other dogs and definitely has opinions. They took him in, got him spotless... (note that in the picture he went rolling at the park and had a fight with a leaf pile after his bath because... Being clean wasn't his idea .) They got his nails, cleaned his ears and even clipped down his private areas so he could have less surprises caught in his fur. They did great, treated him exceptionally well and handled his opinions. In fact Tikka liked them. I highly recommend them. Again it's not the store but the staff and this group of women are great.”

As a first time dog owner I don't know much but I am glad I came here! Stop going to those big retailers and come here to support this amazing business! “I've been a regular customer of Paws in Redlands for several years now. They carry Hound & Gato, my cats' favorite brand of wet food. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, carrying a full selection of both dog AND cat food, toys and health supplements. They have several store cats who also fulfill the vital roles of greeter and purchase inspector/approver, including Lenny (the black cat) and Alice (the calico cat). Some other reviewers have commented that prices are higher at Paws. Compared to big-box chains like PetSmart and Petco, this may be the case; however, the brands of pet food carried tend to use fewer harmful ingredients, likely leading to a better quality of life for your pet with fewer health issues. I think of this as a long term investment in my cats' health and spending my money to support the local economy.”
