“Now where should I start on why i gave 5 stars to Doggie Styles? 1) Dedicated 2) experience 3) professional 4) proficient 5) act of kindness. the quality of being warmhearted and gentle to one of your own family members that means to me my jack Russell ' Sniper ". Not only did she wanted to know his and my name. But all of the other pets that lived with me. so, sniper hearing their names made him feel more comfortable, safe and free from stress. He was just getting his nails clip, but one nail was curved into his paw, and it look painful to me and by the looks of it to sniper it was. And with that she told me what she needed to do to make sniper feel better. But sniper did not want any part of any one to mess with his paw... But with me and sniper both she assured it would be over with before sniper knew what happened. And just like that it was over sniper look around wagging his tail and barking. like he was so happy on what she has done. she told me when we get home to put some Neosporin on his paw and it will be find. sniper did not want to leave he just kept licking her leg. I had to pick him up and walk out the door so she could close for the day.”

“Debbie is an incredible groomer. You can tell how much she loves her job! My dog was in need of a grooming that included bath and haircut with trimming of nails. She was on time and very welcoming into her place with this newbie. Brownie looked amazing once he was done. His haircut was perfect! He looks like a little teddy bear! So soft and smelling nice. “Avery a sales person truly very kind and caring i called before coming in and asked about red alge in our 180 gallon Salt water tank .when I arrived I ask the cashier if she was the person I spoke to she replied No she directed me to 2 isles that may have a product that might help and the next thing I knew Avery walked up to me and asked me if I was the person that has red alge she recommended a product and helped me read the label and helped me know how much I would need .I truly know for a fact she went above and abound for me . “It's not the store but the groomers themselves that create a positive or negative experience. Tikka is a 95 lbs handful. He is a long hair GSD so there is matting issues. He also isn't nice to other dogs and definitely has opinions. They took him in, got him spotless... (note that in the picture he went rolling at the park and had a fight with a leaf pile after his bath because... Being clean wasn't his idea .) They got his nails, cleaned his ears and even clipped down his private areas so he could have less surprises caught in his fur. They did great, treated him exceptionally well and handled his opinions. In fact Tikka liked them. I highly recommend them. Again it's not the store but the staff and this group of women are great.”
