“I needed to replace a bulb for my Honda. Reggie was the young gentleman helping me today and he made my experience superb. He showed me the different types of bulbs available and helped me pick the right one out. I was going to pay a mechanic to install the bulbs for me afterwards but Reggie literally exceeded my expectations and asked me if I needed help installing them. I said, "Yes, that would be amazing!" And Reggie humbly took his time, out in the heat of the sun, by hand, under the hood of my car, by himself, and single handedly did all the work for me while I stood in awe. “Will be coming to this location for my car needs from now on. I own a 2018 Honda Civic and needed a new battery. I tried THREE different Auto Zones, only because they changed my battery for me before. One store didn't have workers, one store told me the guy was on lunch, and the third store was just plain rude to me. Finally, I called this O'Reilly store because it was local and the man that initially answered the phone (Mark??? Sorry I don't recall) was very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come in. I went in within 10 minutes from my initial call. The man who helped me over the phone was helping another customer so Justin helped me and let me just say... he was so helpful!!! so kind!!! he deserves a raise! he helped me right away and actually gave me advice as to which battery/warranty I should get. He showed me what he was doing and confirmed that everything was attached correctly. His customer service skills are incredible! Thanks so much!!”

“Great service! I had a headlight out, so I went to pick up a couple headlights that I was going to install myself. Right when I walked in, Juan was ready to help me find the right type of bulb for my needs. He walked out with me to my car and spent 10 - 15 minutes helping me get the bulbs installed, doing most of the work himself. It would have been a lot harder to install the lights without him. “A bit late posting, forgive me. However, I realized a little late that I needed windshield wipers, so I headed to Oreilly's in hopes of some saving and that is just what I got!!! Cam was fast in looking up my wipers. He then had no problem going out and replacing my faulty wipers. I had no clue how to do it myself and Cam told me he'd take care of it. We ran into a hiccup, neither of us could figure out how to change the driver side and it began to rain. I felt awful but to no avail Cam figured it out and sent me on my way!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and dedication”
