“Brian did a outstanding job working with us and explaining the 2005 Honda CRV we test drove. Brian was very good on showing past ownership and maintenance records. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, he just wanted the car to be a good fit for us. Ultimately, we didn't get the car, not due to anything other than we just had to many other projects we had to complete on our house. The car was in outstanding condition and priced very fair. We were very pleased with our experience at Yannello's and plan on returning as soon as our financial situation is more stable.”
“Purchased car in April 2024. Everyone was very friendly. While test driving the car, the ABS warning light came on. West Coast took it to an auto shop to have it fixed. Love the car and was pleased with the outcome.
I do want to add ALWAY to buy the extended warranty. After having the car for a month, I took it in to have an over diagnostics of the car. Turns out it had many issues, and it was covered by the warranty. I am happy to have made the extra purchase, and now, almost everything is repaired. Again, when purchasing a used vehicle, protect yourself with a warranty. Best decision I made. I just picked up my car from being fixed, and it now has a new transmission and rear shock.
When I took the car in for repair, the dealer service department had already recorded the issues from the previous owner. It was in the system and then was sold to west coast auto then to me. I was upset that it was not disclosed at the time of purchase. With that being said, maybe they did not know of the issues???....
I would have done a 5 star for the company. My experience with them was great. I just wanted to add for all who are looking that I am very happy with my decision and even more happy with the warranty.”
