I am not a fan of high pressure salesmen, and am not going to be buying anything new soon, might test drive something there, but will end up in Chico or Sac to purchase... better experience for me. And so on... lol

We limped into Crown Ford Service at 3:30 pm and the terrific staff diagnosed the problem and sent us on our way with two new batteries for our 2019 F350. Thank you to Sean who along with Rick were amazing. You saved the day!!!
