“Wow what can I say, if i could give more stars I would. I had broke down, car over heated. I was desperate for an affordable radiator. I called 800 radiator and was greeted by a live person imediatly, no wait. I forgot the exact specs of my van and I had to ask kim to wait while I got the engine size. These days I would expect attitude or rudeness but kim was so patient. She listened to me ramble, and let me know they had the radiator in stock, said she would send pics to confirm, within minutes I was able to confirm it was right part. I sent cc info via voice mail and before i could send her a text to check her voice mail she was calling me back. Problem, I was traveling and didn't have a local address. Kim, handled it before I even realized there was a problem, she put me on hold and found an associate of hers that was willing to receive my delivery. I confirmed the next morning that the radiator was in route. She called and said it had missed the original delivery but it was in route by special delivery. She is amazing, absoulutly amazing. From the start to the finish. The radiator was the right one, I had it installed and I'm back on the road. Kim went above and beyond, she was personable, attentive to my needs, she didn't have any responsibly to find a business to accept my deliver, she did exactly what she said she would do, there was no cover up when the radiator missed the courier, she just ordered a special courier to ensure I was taken care. She sent me a text when the package was delivered. These days I cant remember when I was satisfied with any customer service. I'm used to, " I understand your frustrations" by someone in another country, with a strong accent that I can't understand, that has no authority to help you. Kim is an asset to 800 radiators, I hope they know how amazing she is. Thank you Kim.”

“We were referred by a reputable boat repair shop that Charlie is the best. Honestly, he was. We had called at least 10 places trying to find an alternator for our 25+ year old boat. Charlie not only had the alternator, he set it up for us, changed the pulley, gave us a rundown of the potential pitfalls and helpful tips. He had the best price by far which was the cherry on top.What made Charlie the best is that he inspected our old alternator after we left and then called us in the morning to discuss what he found and wanted to make sure the wiring in the boat was ok due to his findings. He offered to help us troubleshoot if we had additional problems with the boat on the phone at no additional charge just because he wanted to make sure we were able to get our boat back on the water. Charlie was kind, caring, and went the extra mile for us. We were on vacation, far from home and not familiar with the area. Charlie’s superior stock of alternators, wisdom and guidance got us and our children back on the water and saved our vacation.”
