They were super busy but took a few minutes to run the machine on it to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. It ended up being a simple fix so they took care of it right on the spot. “Was on a road trip up to Shasta when our tire pressure sensor went off. Pulled off the road and discovered a slowly deflating tire. Tire Cobbler was the closest shop. The staff were super friendly and 20 minutes later we had a repaired tire! Couldn't be more thankful that this is the shop we ended up at in our time of crisis. Also the name Tire Cobbler is very cute haha.”

“I hit a tire while driving down I-5 that damaged my radiator which started to leak. Obviously I can't drive all the way down to San Diego with a leaky radiator so I stopped in Redding to get it fixed. After hours dealing with several different mechanic shops each saying they cant fix it and pointing to each other saying "go there" I ended up calling Bryant Automotive. They got on it right away! They were very kind and professional. Giving us brunch recommendations while we waited the couple hours it took for them to work on the car. We were back on the road in a matter of hours instead of days like other mechanic shops were quoting us. Bryant Automotive was a life saver for us! It's a great shop with fair, competitive prices and I highly recommend them!”

“This guys save my trip last week, We were driving from los angeles going to oregon on my 2009 acura mdx when the AC starts to fail, went to a pepboys i think and recommend this place and the guy was so nice, i guess he felt bad for us and yold me give me 40 mins and get you out of here and he diagnose and fixed it, i guess needed freon, after 40 mins the AC was so cold i was only turning it on at minimum speed. Awesome shop. Thank you saving our trip.”

“Wow! I am so grateful. Being towedfrom Big 0 to Lithia was not in myplan. Angry to say the least. A new battery yet being drained constantly. Stranded for 9 days . Jason Carter was my go to for my Bravada. He assured me that he was an EXPERT at my problem and would do a diagnostic test & check out the new failing battery. Patiently waiting and doing my part to make things a positive ending working with Jasen. His professional way he explained things to me was so much more. His calm way several times took me from the unknown yet my gut feelings brought tears as my frustration and several thousand dollars of repairs & replacement parts I just couldn't take the fact I HAD a New Battery with low voltage..Jason and his team went over and above to find several issues that caused my truck to shut down. JasonCalled me with such confidence that my truck was ready to be picked up. “Above and beyond service! I went in today to get a lube and oil change. I've used Cassidy's for years and have always been happy with their service. Today when I went to turn on the ignition after getting service, my car wouldn't start! Happily the owner discovered I had a bad battery and the battery fluid had leaked out causing the problem. The owner cleaned off the battery connectors and I was able to start my car. He was so nice about it and not the normal service they provide, going above and beyond for me. Can't recommend them highly enough! No wonder the get Best Of The North State awards each year!”

“Fast and reliable.I took my 2010 honda in that's been sitting for years, got an oil change, they replaced the filters, filled up the tires and checked all the fluids in under 20 minuets, I was astonished how fast they worked. Then again, in not mechanically inclined so I don't know the average time. Props to the new guy he was doing a good job, also, thanks for complimenting my beat up car. She needs more love than what I give her, LOL. A bunch of guys being dudes, and that's a sign of good work ethic. Definitely coming here when I need my belt replaced.”

“Robert was great to work with, he was able to get me a new transmission for my 2016 tundra within a week and have it installed within 2 weeks. So far so good he also gave me an extended warranty, did an inspection, installed a new water pump and threw in a new battery. Thanks again for getting me back on the road”
