Horrible customer service. Employee lied to get commission and messed up my account. Kept saying the f word in front of my daughter. Manager said she would fix everything and didn’t. I would avoid this place and save yourself the headache. If you want help with t-mobile call them directly instead of going into this store.

We came in a couple weeks ago to sign up for home internet. Carson helped us and was fast, polite, and helpful. We’re having great wifi so far. Thanks Carson and Mt Shasta Mall T-Mobile store!

I went in to have my husband's broken phone. The employee Christian aka claimed to be Assistant mngr. Snapped the whole bottom piece of his water resistant case off trying to take phone out. I asked are you going to replace it. He said nope not my problem. So I went to the churn creek tmobile they were amazing a wonderful young lady "noise" assisted me I was mailed a replacement phone note 20 ultra 2 days later. Upon getting new phone husband says we are going back to Dana dr. Tmobile. Christian refused to replace the case actually said I'll give you 15$ for a 75$ case. Long story short he made a racist remarks about my husband's English see he's a Syrian immigrant here since he was 9yrs. Christian called security asked us to be removed we asked for a higher up mngr. He admitted to breaking it again in front of the other mean and foul employee named JP. Upon talking to security we requested RPD of course they weren't called on us because we weren't breaking any laws. So no replacement case no responsibility taken by tmobile awful foul racist employee's. Bottom line do not go to Dana Dr. Redding ca tmobil go to churn creek location. These are terrible non humans. That took advantage broke our property and the most disgusting customer service EVER.

Cristian is the best T-Mobile representative I have ever met. He was kind, knowelwdge, patience and a great teacher who was able to answer all my questons whilw showing me whT to do .He also has great customer service skills. I would hire him myself because good service is hard to find.Celestine

We fell for the marketing from T-Mobile stating that they have the same coverage as other carriers, no difference, etc. etc. Looked at their coverage map which shows our home and our work places in complete umbrella of coverage. We were with Verizon which is expensive but had excellent coverage. So we make the switch which cuts our bill in half... and now we can barely get texts at home and work. Half the time, our phones say "SOS" indicating we have no signal and are completely disconnected from the network. Don't even think about sending an email (unless connected to wi-fi), and trying to send simple texts are hit and miss. Dropped calls, etc. etc. Were trapped in a 2 year contract, T Mobile's response to our complaints is they aren't responsible for their coverage map misstating coverage in specific locations. Moral of the story... you get what you pay for!

First experience with this store was awesome.Ayla set me up with replacement phone for my grandson and pointed out the parts of the plan that were missing. When I signed up at the original store over on Dana drive. That was all corrected and she sent me home with a phone for my grandson. A few days later. My grandson lets me know that the phone doesn't work unless it's on Wi-Fi. So today he takes it back to that store and the gentleman says he needs to replace with SIM card. I approve it from my phone at home because I just got out of major surgery and couldn't go with him. Next thing I know my phone is turned off and the gentleman tells my grandson that one of our lines has been canceled. And no way did that happen. So not only now do I not have a phone that works, They gave him my phone number. And I can't call them because conveniently enough. My phone is disconnected. So I use my granddaughter's phone to make a call and their voicemail is full. So I Facebook message all my information to my grandson who finally goes in and tells me now he's bringing me back a replacement SIM card? Why is that even necessary? if he just done what he was supposed to do in the first place my grandson would have a working phone and so would I. Very disappointed in the service this time

The employees at the store are nice, but the policies of the company could really change those about being catphised online to start service but NEVER get what they promised and having to go to extreme lengths just to get the return postage waivered and cancel service.

Very busy place. So unfortunately I didn't stick around as I was on my lunch time. But from what I saw, the staff was knowledgeable and was helping folks as quickly as possible. They had four staff members going. Could have used another four.

Store manager Kevin is super awesome and gave us all the info we needed and we switched our carrier right there and saved ourselves a couple hundred dollars. Thanks T-Mobile and kevin

I feel I was lied to and misled. I was told one price to set up. When I signed up it was $100 + bucks higher. I was told their 5G would reach anywhere. I went out of town and lost all service. I WAS PRESENTED WITH A $45 BILL DUE ON THE 28TH WHEN I EXPRESSLY WANTED THE DUE DATE CHANGED TO THE 5TH. I THEN WAS PRESENTED WITH A BILL FOR $ 180+ JUST A FEW DAYS LATER DUE ON THE 5TH.I don't see any value in paying an outrageous cell phone bill when the service does not work properly. Since dealing with T-Mobil, the only consistent things I have received is rotten service and lie after lie that they expect me to pay for.The service is bad.The lies are consistent. The advertising is misleading.The promises are useless.Don't trust them.
