Friendly staff, and good atmosphere. Tends to be pretty crowded. Eric has done a great job bringing in new equipment, hiring a personal trainer, and keeping the gym clean.

Great spot, just wish they were consistently open until later like 10pm or 11pm. I own a business and my schedule widely changes day by day so it's hard to be consistent with their current hours. Hopefully they change it!

Well cooked, always tidy and clean. Even when it's packed it doesn't get stuffy. Great for casuals like myself.
