Bill does an amazing job working with the kids and teaches them not only self discipline but defense techniques which is extremely important for children to attain. “Where can I even begin? I have been absolutely blown away by Align Pain Management and by the way Matthew and Jaylee run this gym. This has been an incredible and truly a life-changing experience for me thus far. Their holistic approach to health has been so refreshing and literally healing to my body. My experience with chiropractors and physical therapists over the years has been that they simply put a metaphorical Band-Aid over your area of pain instead of actually dealing with the root issues. So I've experienced some momentary relief from pain but it never lasts. Jaylee and Matthew do things differently at Align and they look at your entire body and nervous system to see where the root issues are coming from and they work holistically to create a new foundation in which you can build upon. I have noticed a tangible difference in my pain levels since going to Align. I have had chronic back pain for several years due to a back injury and within several short months of attending Align, I am seeing actual results. I used to not be able to fly on a plane for very long without experiencing extreme back pain and needing to use a lumbar pillow to support my back. I recently took several different flights from the West Coast to the East Coast and it didn't dawn on me until later that I never once even had to pull my lumbar pillow out of my backpack and didn't have any back pain at all. *insert crying emoji* I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for Align and for Jaylee and Matthew! Not only is their holistic approach to health changing so many peoples lives for the better, but also who they are as people has a lasting impact as well. “We just had my son's 7th birthday there, and every single kid had an amazing time! The coaches lead all the activities with them, and got involved in all the games. The kids loved it! And it was so nice to just sit back and watch. Plus, they took care of all the decorations and utensils, plates, napkins etc. That made it so easy. The whole thing was so enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it. My kid said it was his favorite birthday.”

“I love this place. My first time at OTF in Redding was early 2020, and it's the only gym I've ever been consistent with. When I started, I was insanely out of shape but never felt judged for it. Everyone else is pretty much busy engaging in their workout so they aren't watching you. There's a decent mix of people in terms of fitness level and age, so you won't be surrounded solely by super yoked men when you walk in for the first time. I love that you can ramp your workout up or down based on your needs, and the coaches will help you with alternative moves if you can't do something. The circuit training concept means that you won't get bored and you're constantly learning something new. The heart rate monitor helps you track progress, which is very motivating. The coaches make this place! They are SO FUN and encouraging, and most of them remember your name when you roll up. It's a nice culture! I've been to OTF in larger cities, and they aren't as friendly. I will say, like any other workout, it will take three to four months to notice a difference. I've never been this tone before, and the OTF workout is a great way to help manage anxiety and to clear your mind, which is priceless! If you're looking for a place to improve your physical and mental health, check it out!”

“I just started at this Gym, but love it so much! I highly recommend it. The team teaches you how to do the exercises properly so you don't hurt yourself. Plus on top of that, they remembered my name after one short visit when I was deciding which gym to select. They check all the boxes so far! I can't wait to see what else they have to offer. The class was awesome and the people taking the classes are friendly and encouraging!”

“WHAT A TREAT! I have been to MANY different Crossfit gyms, and Northstate Crossfit was the most friendly and accommodating one EVER. I traveled an hour down to come as a "Drop-in," so I might post my Open score. I was fortunate enough to have Sandy Woods as my judge, and another member even ran to lost and found to get me a replacement jump rope when mine broke. Just has a warm, welcoming vibe from start to finish. THIS IS A FANTASTIC welcoming well well-organized well well-equipped gym.”

“If you want an affordable place to workout, this is it! For $8 to $10 a month and no membership, can't beat that! Great staff, very helpful. They have treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weights, machines, pulleys, benches, bar etc. Good place for someone wanting to start bodybuilding, exercise to lose weight and firm up. Free training is available. Atmosphere is not so hectic like other gyms and YES they have a shower.”

“Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of room to train. A separate studio with nice Rogue equipment that was perfect for powerlifting. The main floor could accommodate several crossfit athletes and a decent selection of cables and machines for hypertrophy work. Enjoyed my visit.”

“Sun Oaks is truly a complete health and fitness club with tennis, swimming, group fitness workouts, activities for kids, personal training and more. My wife enjoys the fitness classes. I utilize one of the two heated pools for lap swimming - year round. Staff are very courteous and the facilities are very well equipped and clean. Love Sun Oaks!”
