We went back multiple times to let them know my husband's cpap machine wasn't working correctly. The person he talked to was rude and didn't care. He now has to return the machine or pay $4000. I Definitely don't recommend going there unless you are forced to.

Owens truly cares about their customers. Many times they go above and beyond without anyone even knowing. If you want to go to a place where there are knowledgeable, caring staff members - go to Owens! :)
