“The ladies at Redding Lincare are amazing! Very sweet, knowledgeable and extremely welcoming and friendly. Maureen was is a wonderful caring woman who went out of her way to go over every detail of my Bi pap machine and all the supplies including how often to order each item and how, she then explained each piece and its purpose. She even had the whole machine and mask assembled before I arrived and ready to use. She then took it all apart and step by step reassembled it so I could see the process from start to finish! Outstanding and giver the top customer service from all the ladies.I am thankful that my 1st experience of getting a bi pap machine was here at the Redding CA Lincare on Mountain Lakes Blvd . “SPEC is the best eye doctor I have ever been to and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wears glasses or contacts. Dr. Janet and Dr. Curtis are thorough, highly knowledgeable and took a lot of time to dial in my script, offer new contact lens options, explain how my eye was working and what I could do to improve my eye health. They have a full suite of imaging technology that was able to highlight some issues I didn't know I had. The entire staff is helpful, friendly and efficient, 10/10! The team at SPEC has set a high bar for how a practice should run.”

“I just came across a product here at Costco I just had to tell you guys about. It's the frozen Marinated Wild Salmon Fillets. It's in the frozen section and includes 6 individually vac sealed 5 oz pieces for about $24 ... that come out to about $9.95/lb, same price of all the salmon kinds at Costco. These are marinated in a sauce and you just toss them in the oven or BBQ in my case and that's it! 4 min over low direct heat in the BBQ and it's done ... NO flipping! EASY! I'm coming back to get more of these and keep them in the freezer.”

“I worked with Tegerstrands for almost 40 years. DeAnna did the best work in the North State. As a Physical Therapist, I recommended her to dozens and dozens of pediatric patients. They mainly needed AFOs (leg braces) or lower inserts. She also provided cranial molding helmets. The office staff were always patient and helpful. They spent hours of time dealing with insurances and at times having to re-submit more information, etc. I highly recommend Tegerstrands.”

“I was in dire need to get some help and someone to compassionately listen to my husband's needs for home vent as we have faced challenging times of prolonged hospitalization. After a nightmare discharge, I needed support to continue to care for my husband at home. Jeannie was helpful in responding to my inquiries, was prompt in calling back, and kept me posted. She was able to arrange for us in a matter of days rather than the weeks it would have taken. She also sent Steve, a very skilled respiratory therapist, who took the time to explain things to us and support us. Knowing that people still have compassionate and still passionate about their jobs makes me happy. I am awarding them 5 stars because of their excellent, timely, and caring service.”

“I am very pleased with my experience with NSM. From communication with corporate to dealing with the branch office here in Redding, they were great! Eric at the front desk was very professional and courteous both in person and on the phone. The gal who handled my insurance was even able to make things work when I wasn't sure if my insurance would cover one of the upgrades I wanted. Lee who handles all the technical aspects including measurement, fitting adjustments and service is the best. He was great on the phone and listened to what I was saying and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. In past experience if you don't get someone to help who is in a chair personally you have to talk them into doing what you want even though you are the one with the experience living in a wheelchair. Lee wasn't like that at all. On top of that they will push you into buying a product that they have the highest margins with. I really felt like these guys wanted me in a product I was comfortable with and had experience in regardless of their margins and that Lee was super in tune with my past experience and dedicated to getting this chair right. I really appreciated that because as will all high end custom wheelchairs once they build it there is no going back. I live 30 minutes out of town and he was always offering to drive out to my house which is a company policy nation wide. When you're in a chair it isn't always the easiest thing to get in the car and go to a shop. I can imagine for the elderly this would be very helpful as well. Lee was very approachable and easy to talk to. He was very honest about everything and took time to make sure and get the measurements right. The company even sent updates to keep me in the loop which was awesome. Navigating insurance and getting things from the design to the building etc. takes time and involves lots of people. Having email and phone updates at each step was awesome. I highly recommend Lee and NSM to anyone! Thanks guys! You earned my business in the future as well.”
