“I have NEVER been more upset and disappointed in my entire life... I can truly say with all my heart that I have NEVER been done more wrong... A "Certain Someones" significant other absolutely refuses to hangout with me and/or attend team event and it's not only upsetting but straight unacceptable. It's not even anger anymore at this point, I just feel numb and constantly spiraling deeper and deeper into despair. I find myself dissociating with these overwhelming thoughts constantly buzzing in my head. I really hope that this "Certain Someone" apprehens their significant other and makes this right. They need to be scolded, smacked a few times with a rubber slipper, and have their beer privileges stripped from them. I have NEVER been treated this way before and will remember the way this made me feel for life times to come.”

“So a little bit of context: I left tmobile a few years ago after a debacle over an iPhone. I recently switched back because I had Verizon, and their 5G was not very reliable.

I tried to do the switch and save, and I’ve never had such a headache inducing month with anything like this. I didn’t receive instruction on how to do it in the beginning, I was lead to believe I would just receive an email for when it was ready,, but I never did.

So now, unfortunately, I have to dish out the 600 bucks to pay off my phone, and not to mention, this debacle has affected the due date, so I may have to pay a late fee.

So if you switch over to T-Mobile, make sure your phone is already paid off. The process for “switch and save” is tedious, and by the time you hear anything back, your bill is already most likely due.

UPDATE: T-MOBILE has redeemed themselves. A great customer service rep. helped me out on my switch and save, and even expedited the payment to pay off my phone.

Thank you guys very much for your assistance, and I am very pleased with the results. You guys have earned a lifetime customer.”

“Honestly, I was hesitant about going back after having a negative experience back in December. I had made my mind up, if it started to go south again I was just going to leave and go back to Verizon. I had made an appointment just like last time. I understand how busy they get and I want to be respectful of people's time, since they always seem to be shorthanded at this store. Last time I was there I spent 4 hours, I know you are thinking why didn't I leave? I was is pretty much at the mercy of their internet (which was experiencing an issue at the time), my half transferred phone and the confused lost associate who was helping me, I will spare you all that. Anyway this time I must say I was very happy! I was in and out in probably 30 minutes. This is included trading in my old phone, purchasing a new one, asking multiple questions and transferring my stuff. This time I completely understood everything, it was explained to me and even a few notes written on my receipt. Austin was amazing, not only did he quickly take care of me he was also interrupted several times to help other associates. He didn't get irritated by them or my questions (and I had a few). People are so quick to post their negative reviews, it's important to take a few minutes to stop and post the positive ones. Thanks you Austin you're appreciated and I love my phone!”
