We recently purchased a new SUV from the folks at Crown. The experience was very smooth. They gave us a great deal on the new vehicle and a very generous offer on our trade in. It was truly hassle-free. The leadership at Crown does so much for the Shasta, Tehama, and surrounding communities, it was a no-brainer to go to them when car shopping. The management team even buys lunch for their sales folks on Saturday and Sunday. #ClassAct
Steve’s Team is exceptional, friendly and professional. Eric in service is great as well. He keeps communications on track and things moving in service. Great experience every time!

We were heading out of town when we heard a troubling noise just blocks from Crown Motors. I pulled in and told Rick Taylor that I had an emergency as i was heading out of town. Rick said let me see if I can find a technician to look at it. Within 5 minutes he arranged for a technician to look at it. Fortunately it was an easy fix as a tire weight had come off and was rubbing against the rotor. Due to Rick’s extra effort we were back on the road in 30 minutes and off to see our grandchildren. I really appreciated Rick’s extra effort.

Follows the line of most car dealerships, Their overbooking in a lot of categories on repairs is a HomeTown favorite of mine trying to fit everybody in into their schedule, even if it takes an extra week or two.. ❤️

A few years ago we purchased the rental return 2011 Lincoln MKX from Crown Motors, who just recently installed a new air conditioner compressor and clutch. The air conditioner is working better that it ever has since the day we acquired it. The new electric cooling fans that we also installed are very loud which is a noise that I have never heard since owning the car. I think that the fans have never worked. The MKX only overheated once on a very hot day about four years ago while bumper to bumper for about twenty minutes at the fair grounds. Over 100,000 miles and going strong!

Went in for an oil change. They were very friendly and fast. I waited in the waiting area. They have a TV and vending machines. They have a shuttle if your vehicle is going to take a while.

My car was scheduled into the shop quickly, diagnosed and repaired. So far my car works like new again. Communication was great, text updates. I was provided a brand new car for a loaner/rental car. I had no issues what so ever. All thumbs up.
