“The Redding CA store and its team members I’m giving 5 stars. The fact that I can’t call and talk to anyone directly at the store or find out if my pick up from an insurance replacement plan I purchased is in and ready to come pick up, is a big fat 0. Since it wasn’t my email on the order, but rather, Allstate’s, I was unable to get any help from either chat or when I called. That’s not the store’s fault, but if it wasn’t for the prompt, competent help I received when I came in tonight, I’d never have stepped foot inside or gone online to shop with Best Buy ever again. The employees always smile and acknowledge me, and tonight was no exception. I was in and out in a matter of moments and on my way. Thank you.”

“I prefer shopping at Lowes but they were out of an item so I came to HD. I was left very impressed with the customer service we received from .... Might've been Trevor or tanner? I feel terrible forgetting the name now but anyways, he was passing by with inventory in a cart and asked if we needed help. We really did need help so he stopped what he was doing, looked for the item then ended up using his handy phone to look it up the specific item in store to make sure it was in stock or not. HD ended up not having that specific item but the associate was able to guide us towards an alternative! I love that customer service. We didn't know of others so it was nice that he listened to what we're looking for and gave us a recommendation. It was much appreciated so thank you!”

“We always get our Christmas trees here. They are good quality and decent price. They cut the bottoms and wrap it with the plastic mesh. If you want a flocked tree they don't do that here.”
