The delivery system was really messed up. They didn't have any of the electronics like 55 inch TVs and xbox ones not even in their boxes. And the tv was broken during delivery and the driver lied and said he plugged it in and tested it when he didn't I give then 0 stars
I don't normally take to much time for reviews, but I had to on this experience. I will say I was a bit annoyed at the process of signing up, very slow, but I needed a fridge and this was my only option. Once all said and done the process was painless and finally after 2 weeks the fridge arrived tonight.
Although expensive they have always been friendly and helpful. We were able to exchange our furniture quickly and no cost for delivery or returning. I love our new couches.
