“I have a Cox account for my senior mother and have been unhappy due to the increasing cost. You use to be able to call and negotiate cost. However its become more difficult to get a hold of someone and successful negotiate the cost of cable service. I made the difficult decision to remove cable and only keep internet for my mother. I went to the Cox store today and was helped by Joey Lopez. He was not only pleasant but extremely helpful and informative.
