“Enock should be the guy that trains EVERY ATT phone support rep. This guy handled my requests in store with a speed and accuracy that I have not experienced from ATT in the last 9 years I've been dealing with them. After getting help from Enock, I can now say I will probably never call ATT for anything and just go to this store for help. What has been 1.5-2 hours in the past, he did in less than 30 minutes (and that's cause he had to call in himself for approvals).Google reviews should have a 6 star option for people like him.”

“I loved their service. Joshua took care of me and unlocked my phone. It was frozen due to changing Sims. He was kind enough to unlock it after checking my ID and had it ready for new sim. There was no line around 7:00 p.m. on Monday evening. You might pay less for other brands but your signal will always work like what happened with me at the Anaheim Convention Center yesterday in the auto show (Oct 2023). T-Mobile phones didn't work but mine did because I have AT&T.”

He won’t try to push sales on you, he will be super honest with everything that he is selling.I don’t even know how many questions we asked him and the girl that was with there today. But they answered all our questions and Josh helped us find exactly what we needed with the services that we needed.They have a good selection of products, and most of the time they do have some type of deal that makes getting a new phone or watch a great value for the money. I’ve had T-Mobile for a long time (10+ years), I would not want to switch back to any others (ATT nor Verizon).Overall, it was an cool experience here at this T-Mobile location. The store was very clean too. Parking can get a bit hectic, but it’s because of the movie theater and the Trader Joe’s that’s next to them.”
