“This place is so good with great quality BBQ! I ordered lunch and got the ribs plate. I like that I can have the bbq sauce on the side and how my ribs was yet still moist and full of flavor. The ribs had the right amount of balance of lightly crisp from the grill and softness of the meat. The bake beans had the right amount of sweetness and boldness along with the amazing potato salad!”

“This is my favorite location for photos and canvases. I had a canvas framed at this location, and approx 3 to 6 months later it cracked on one side and the warranty expired. Giselle went beyond customer satisfaction by explaining the policy but stated that she would discuss the situation with her manager about repairing at no charge, and would call me with an update. Giselle did exactly what she said she would do. I received a call within 1 hour stating that the manager would make an exception and fix the frame. Additionally, a few hours after that I received another call, the same day, advising that the reframed canvas was ready for pick up. I do not know the manager's name that approved the exception, but I am grateful to Giselle and the manager for their act of kindness. I stopped by yesterday (May 16, 2022) to pick up another canvas order and Giselle helped me once again. She probably didn't remember me from last month but once again her demeanor was professional, she was helpful and kind, and it is apparent that she loves her job! Thank you Giselle for consistently demonstrating 5+ star customer service!”

“my review today is just for the customer service at the service deli. Casey was helping me. Casey is fantastic. I asked if there was any Primo peppered turkey, Casey started looking through while saying, "Sorry I don't think so". Casey offered cajun turkey, I replied, "No thanks, maybe next time" i started to walk away, Casey said, " We have this blah blah (Casey said the correct brand name but I have already forgotten it) kind that's peppered, would you like to try it?" "yes, please! i'll take half pound!" simple everyday interaction with someone in retail right? well in my experience, over the last 10 years customer service is awful. younger workers especially lack CS skills, but plenty of not so young lack skills as well! Casey keep up the great service, you single handedly restored my faith in younger folks (for today and tomorrow at least) and for that I'm grateful!”

“I have been using this store for quite some time. Yes during the beginning of COVID everyone was out of EVERYTHING... but that had nothing to do with the stores themselves. It had to to with MAJOR shut downs and lake of cooperation from well you all know governmental officials in our state... But in general, I can find what I am looking for, and they take coupons... not like Target who only lets you use 1 coupon PER TRANSACTION how inconvenient is that. Rite Aid will take coupons a BIG plus in my book. The major majority of the staff is always helpful and joyful. The other BIG advantage they have an Amazon HUB... so much safer for packages. Thank you Rite Aid... I do not care what any one else says I like your store and do not shop at CVS anymore.”
