“Carter was fantastic! My fiancée and I flew out from Orlando because we could not find any LGBTQ friendly custom suit businesses in the North and Central part of Florida. From the virtual consult to the in person visit, the staff at the El Segundo location made us feel comfortable and welcome.
Carter took care of our in person visit and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and accommodated my inability to visualize by doing his best to grab examples from what was available in store so I could get a better idea as to what we were creating.
At the very last minute, I changed things up on him and he remained patient with me. This was my first time designing a suit and the entire process was overwhelming for me but Carter helped ease me through the anxiety.
Will definitely return to this location when I am ready to create my next custom suit.

“ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THIS PLACE IS LIFE SAVING!! My fiancé ended up with a very terrible rented tux with only 9 days to go for our wedding! So we went on a mission to get a back up tux Incase the rental tux still didn't work out after the second try on. We went to Nordstrom and had a rude experience. We went to Macy's and just couldn't find anything that fit right. Then our friend told us about here and that they had a lot of tuxes to choose from so we ran on over. The place was busy and the main guy was holding it down and killing it all by himself! He looked at my fiancé and knew his size and gave him everything he needed. He looked so amazing in his tux and the best part was the pricing! He walked out a proud new owner of a tux and I couldn't feel more at peace knowing we have this option Incase our rental tux still doesn't work out! Either way my fiancé felt so confident in it and I'm so happy he is happy! Even better he is getting it to us right before the wedding with everything already altered to his size. If you are debating to rent or buy for your wedding. Buy and buy only here for a great price and great fit!”

“Tulio is my guy! I came in a week before I had to attend a black tie wedding. Tulio at first impression was very hospitable and very nice. Once he took my measurements and got my tux, I knew he knew what he was doing. The day I put the tux on, I looked magnificent. I told Tulio the wedding was great gatsby themed, and he got it on point. What a wonderful guy and a wonderful business. Could not recommend it more and definitely coming back”
“I had to pick up a uniform for the Firefighter Academy. Navy pants shorts and shirts. Etc. I was given the best customer service! The lady whose name I forgot was wonderful. Helped fit me, she picked out pants and shirts for me that were perfect. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly, it was the best retail customer service I've ever had! Thank you!”

“Classy place, Pendleton store with very friendly staff. I was running late, I called them ahead and asked the staff what time they close they said 6:00 P.M. they asked me why I said I’m on the freeway and trying to make it before you guys close because my father in in law and I want to purchase 2 Pendletons. They said we’ll be here. It was 6:15P.M. and they kept the store. Such a great experience. Who does that? McKenna’s Sore does that! They have my business there. Going back for more merchandise. You can count on that. Love my 2 Pendletons that I purchased from McKennas Store.”
“I am always greeted kindly when I shop there. The store manager, I think his name was Jimmy, was very kind. The prices are high, and they have sales racks. The quality of the clothing is very good. It's hard to find Big and Tall men's clothing, so coming here I never leave empty-handed.”
“Two days ago, my mom, brother and I were shopping for a suit for prom. As soon as we walked in, the owner asked us what we were shopping for and immediately started helping us look. He was very polite, attentive and listened to all our concerns. He took my brother's measurements and spent an hour finding a good quality suit and shirt that fit him perfectly at a great price and he even included complimentary socks to match with the suit.”
“I came here on a whim, and I saw they had the Mean Girls bag clips where it’s a surprise what character you’re going to get. I really wanted Regina George, but most of all, I wanted Damien saying, “She doesn’t even go here!” Claudia, who is a Mean Girls fan and works here, went out of her way to help me pick my characters. I did not get Damien which I really wanted, so Claudia bought a couple of Mean Girls clips for herself, got Damien, and was willing to trade!!! I’ve never had such amazing customer service like this in a very long time! Claudia, you are amazing!!!”

The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“Gosh I love these Terranea shops!! Between Pointe Discovery and Marea I could spend hours shopping. Such unique items. They don't overprice their items, for example JellyCat is sold at both Marea and Pointe Discovery. Most tourist shops at resorts would up charge $10-$20. Not Terranea. Same price as you would spend online to order some of these adorable toys. My kids go nuts when I ask if they want to walk around and shop at Terranea. They have such a great time. Mainly because Krystal is always so so sweet - and I love her style! Her outfits are always so on brand with the resort. So stylish. Lilly is also amazing and so sweet! I've seen a couple grumpy folks shopping in my many times visiting these boutiques and Lilly and Krystal are always so patient and kind... Terranea is lucky to have them!”
