The service manager at this location is great as well. I’ve left him messages when I’ve had my check engine light on or if I need to get my car in right away and he calls me right back. I moved here from the Bay Area and never received the great service and friendliness from any of the GM/Chevy Service departments there as I do here. They are pretty backed up and there is good reason for that, but I will say it's worth the wait. The repair quality and using OEM parts is worth the wait!”

“Our Palisade has been riding rough for almost two years. First the rear shocks went out at 35k miles. Took a long time to get that done (3-4 months), then immediately following that repair the front end was very rough. Rebalanced the tires and then purchased new tires and rebalanced everything. Still wobbled. We relocated from the Bay to Sac on went to Folsom Hyundai. This is the third dealer well into 6 months of this issue. Chase was our advisor. They found an issue with a defective boot on a front drive axle. They ordered a new axle and boot. Whala!! Finally driving like it should after a full year of issues. Thanks Chase and the mechanics at Folsom Hyundai.”

“I just recently bought a car from the Folsom Lake Hyundai dealership and it was a truly wonderful experience. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was weary of being taken advantage of or not understanding the process. My sales person, Nell, made me extremely comfortable and excited for this experience. Nell made sure I understood what was going on and was very personable.
