I love the store and the clothes everything is great and the employees are wonderful and so kind and helpful! ALTHOUGH, the manager Jenna is very rude. I've heard she mistreats and overworks the employees there. Something needs to change at the Victoria Gardens Zumiez, and I don't think it's the employees.

Staff was more interested in birthday hats and taking selfies. Not professional at all, hated the experience.
