“I've had a unit for about 3 1/2 years , and this place is very abusive, when it comes to charges. I was overseas, and hospitalized, and this place didn't care, and placed a lien on me, a d I had to pay $ 750.00 on attorney fees , plus some other charges. 6 montbs ago, I came back, and was offered another unit, and without notice, I had an increase of $ 50.00. Someone has to put a stop to these abusive "business", because thay don't have a rent control, and make increases whenever they want.”
