“went in last min trying to find a suit after trying all over Macy's, Jcpenney, h & m, and Zara....this experience was our saving grace! Chelsea is AMAZING, we will be coming back for every occasion we have. the price is also another great point to their store. a three piece suit and shoes for around $300. Way better value than anything else we saw for this great of quality. she helped us so flawlessly and was such a sweet girl. thank you for all of your help Chelsea. My husband left feeling so excited to wear his suit and know it was made for him!”

Maybe with glass lenses? They don't scratch as easy when doing all the activities I do outdoors. Lanyards work sometimes but I still have them fly off and hit the ground.

“This place is so cool! I love the style of clothes and when I went in to grab a new hoodie they handed me a bunch stickers.I love stickers! Funny to get so excited about that but we have a goal to cover a whole wall. Very cool!”

“This old navy is huge. It is clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent. There’s always someone to ask for help. Also I seen employees making sure the clothes were properly folded and in its place. There’s so many choices of clothing to choose from and there’s always a sale going on. The clothes are good quality, price is decent and customer service is great, I’ll be coming here more often!”

“My experience today far exceeds any I have had in other establishments. I’m a frequent customer of fabletics, but I was having difficulties using a gift card I had purchased. After speaking with card services and having quite the run around they were unwilling to help me with the issue. I called into the store and spoke with Stevie. Stevie is a representative at the storefront at my local mall and from the moment I explained my issue she was thorough and attentive. She not only heard me but went above and beyond in ensuring that the issue was corrected. I’m am very appreciative and she is the reason I will continue bringing my business to the store.”

“I visited this store after spotting Coraline merchandise through the window and was thrilled to check it out. The store was clean and well-organized during my visit. They had an impressive selection of cool items and shirts, making it hard to choose. While the prices were a bit high, they were reasonable for the quality. “Urban Outfitters is one of those cool stores which I can very easily get lost in. Yes, they have clothing, but I come here for the books, the vinyl records and all things from yesteryear. It reminds me of Zia Records in Phoenix, AZ. We stopped in after visiting Paul Martin's HH across the street. Very good btw. Their Pride layout was impressive, as was some vintage-like record turntables. Very nice! We'll be back.”

“Located on 4th St. Plenty of parking in front. I like to browse at different stores because not all stores get the exact same product or some sell out faster the other places. I found several merchandise here that I don't normally see at the one closer to my home, which is nice because I'll probably come back here to pick them up. It's nice checking out items without the hassle of a sale person hovering nearby.”

Listen up Rancho Cucamonga, rarely have I encountered such a FABULOUS customer service team! Thanks to Sergio, Jasmine, Devin, & Mark, our experience was efficient, extremely enjoyable, and productive. My numerous questions and sizing changes were received with kindness & a refreshing professionalism not often practiced nowadays. Although I tend to be more frugal with my clothing purchases, the staff's outstanding service and harmonious vibe won me over. I will absolutely be returning to this Zumiez location, and would encourage others to do the same. Keep up the great work you guys!”

The store is consistently clean and well-organized, and I've never experienced any rudeness from the staff, unlike some other reviewers. A few months ago, I came in to buy a sweater and found an absolute gem – a Grinch hoodie that I instantly fell in love with. Forever 21 continues to be a great shopping destination for me!”

When you first go in, there's a wide selection, and it can definitely seem overwhelming, so I suggest visiting their website and taking photos of specific items you're interested in, or photos of certain "looks" you're going for, in advance. Regardless, they will help you.
I showed them what I wanted, and they made recommendations. They ended up ordering a jacket from another store and once it arrived, I came back in and got measured... and then they had it tailored within a week. (The turnaround time on tailoring is based on how busy they are. I suggest looking for suit 2 months in advance)
The staff was all friendly, funny, and accommodating. The tailor did a great job as well. I would highly recommend.”
