“After going to JCPenney and trying on a couple of suit coats that didn't feel comfortable. And I couldn't find the right size pants. My friend that was with me suggested that we go to a big and tall store. There was one just at the other end of the parking lot. We went to the DXL big and tall store. because my friend said I needed a big and tall store because the sizes and JCPenney weren't as big as I needed.
Upon entering the DXL store I noticed that it was a men's store. Very nicely decorated and lots of nice clothes. A gentleman came up to me and introduced himself as Alex. Alex was very helpful in what I needed. He started out by measuring my arms and my chest and my stomach. I've never had that done before. But of course I've never been in a store like this. I'm 66 and I have never bought a suit before either. I Need one for my niece's wedding. I'm going to walk her down the aisle. Alex brought out a dark gray suit coat and I tried it on and it fit fine. It was a little more than I wanted to spend though. So he brought out a lesser priced suit coat. The suit coat fit me just fine and I looked good. Okay how about pants. He told me what size my waist was and length. I was impressed. Then he came up with a long sleeve white shirt. I then went and tried them all on. They all fit fine. I looked good. I'll look even better at the wedding. Thanks to Alex. You did a great job. Thank you for helping me. As I was checking out. I needed a bow tie as well. I Showed Alex a picture of the color that my niece sent me for ties. He pulled out a box of bow ties. I Picked one out. Looks good to me. I Got the whole ensemble in one store, and in less time it would have taken me elsewhere. Thanks again”

I have never received such incredible customer service at any retail store!!! Eli went above and beyond in every possible way. He was friendly, patient, understanding, professional, and truly listened to what we were looking for. It felt like having a personal stylist!
Eli took the time to bring several styles and sizes directly to the fitting room and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We drove all the way from Palm Springs, and it was 100% worth it. We’ll absolutely be back to shop with Eli and I’m bringing my whole family next time. The jeans here are the BEST! Great quality and amazing fit! You will not regret it!

Gianna took the time to help me find styles and fits that I absolutely loved, and she explained the membership program in a way that made it a no-brainer—I signed up right away and ended up leaving with a bunch of great pieces!

“I love this location because it's not too crowded as the mall locations. They always seem to have most of the new releases, too. Men's, boys, girls, toddler, and women's clothing avaliable. They also have a board shop.”
“This old navy is huge. It is clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent. There’s always someone to ask for help. Also I seen employees making sure the clothes were properly folded and in its place. There’s so many choices of clothing to choose from and there’s always a sale going on. The clothes are good quality, price is decent and customer service is great, I’ll be coming here more often!”

“Very easy smooth transaction.good clean store spacious open and bright . Nice selection of business / dressy clothes . Good selection of sizes .A lot of it is grossly overpriced for polyester stuff . There is 2 part one man one woman which is great .there is dressing room in the back . On an other note they are now charging 10c for a plastic bag very disappointed.”

“Located on 4th St. Plenty of parking in front. I like to browse at different stores because not all stores get the exact same product or some sell out faster the other places. I found several merchandise here that I don't normally see at the one closer to my home, which is nice because I'll probably come back here to pick them up. It's nice checking out items without the hassle of a sale person hovering nearby.”
