“Called and then came into this great shop. Steve helped me both over the phone and when I came in. He checked out my laptop and quickly found my battery needed replacing. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay in town long enough to have him replace it. The next day he took the old battery out so I could board a flight safely. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I just walked in and he gave my issue his full attention. He explained everything in detail and what he could do to fix it. Then charged me nothing. NetTech provides great service by quality people who value good business....even when they don't charge a penny. Go here for your computer needs! You won't regret it.”

“When I went, it was busy. I was just purchasing a new phone, but the wait was 30 min. As we were waiting it seemed like they had reps available but just hovering certain areas to answer questions. Not sure if that was a valuable use of their time when there was a busy long line. But when i finally reached a sales person, he was knowledgeable and quick and I was out of there in 10 min.”
