“Called and then came into this great shop. Steve helped me both over the phone and when I came in. He checked out my laptop and quickly found my battery needed replacing. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay in town long enough to have him replace it. The next day he took the old battery out so I could board a flight safely. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I just walked in and he gave my issue his full attention. He explained everything in detail and what he could do to fix it. “My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”

“I really needed this I/O blend plate for my Z170AX1. It was very difficult to find this part anywhere online and so my last resort was to contact the manufacturer. I was worried because I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it but the customer service rep helped me and sent me the plate right away.
