Not only were we upgraded to a fully equipped Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from small suv we booked, Sam also credited us some gas money for returning the car with slightly more fuel than before. I had a few issues that were quickly and fairly resolved. They were not the problem, but an outside agency messed up some logistics. The on-site staff stepped up and immediately remedied the situation.”
