“Allen, the store manager, demonstrated calm in his work with us. There were numerous customers that yelled at him, storming in and out, irrationally, and he was able to help three customers at a time quite efficiently, while waiting for a store employee who had apparently clocked in to work to appear on the store floor. He was dealing with impossible characters and handled all of the people, including us, flawlessly. Allen is top notch.”
“Great place and friendly staff, Nick had help me plenty of time and is a patient person. I been with AT&T since 2008 and they had been great also, their 5g speeds is competitive with ATT, why I made the switch was mainly the bill from 200 a month vs 130, from 2008- 2020 it had always been no-more then 50 a month from att later I add my wife to my line but it went from 50 to 200 for just an extra line and I lost my veteran discount and unlimited plan from just 1 visit to the retailer, all I ask was for a line and a phone.”
