“I've rented cars for decades and used to always get them from Avis on Sunrise, but after a series of awful experiences, I came to this one on Zinfandel and was ASTOUNDED by the amazing customer service from Rehan (originally his Aunt until he took over).
I will never rent anywhere else when I am in town. Rehan is the epitome of what I expect when I rent a car. Quick and professional service, a clean and good running vehicle and a smooth return at the end.
Note: the way Avis treats small locations like this is a shame. This is the Sacramento valley where summers average in the mid 90s with dozens of 100+ days. This place has been without working air conditioning for YEARS because corporate won't spring to fix it. Still, Rehan smiles and works through it.
AVIS: HELP THIS GUY OUT AND FIX HIS A/C!!!! If there was ever a deserving owner and location, this is it. Shame on you for this!”
