“Not sure why these guys are not rated higher. I switched from the other rental company in the area and the wait time is significantly better. At this point, it no more than 5 minutes but usually closer to 30 seconds. I regularly grab a rental for a day for site visits and walk in, grab my keys and go. Car is ready and I already have the rental agreement online. This is becoming my go to place a rental. Friendly staff and easy process. My only complaint is each time I rental, I get 4 pages of rental stuff that I also received online. Let’s save some trees please Hertz. Other than that, Reggie and Carrie have both been great. Highly recommend this place!”

Got my reservation than found out that I didn't need my rental car after all. I called to cancel. Someone answered right away! Very nice and helpful!
