“Been living here for about 9 months now and I love it. I have great neighbors and the office staff is pleasant and the amenities are great. Maintenence is quick and efficient. The only complaint I have is the smell of weed, but I don't reflect that on the complex, because I know they have no control over that.”

“Very nice apartments, so many fun and great amenities that come with the perks of living here. They even allow pets with a smaller fee than some other places. Just watch out for miss Cecilia Correa or whoever lives in 213, who seems to work or know people in the usps. Found her name and address on my package, which brought me to these apartments. Dont know why it was on there on the tracking label but just an fyi ”

“This is my second time leasing an apartment at Hub Apartments, and I’ve found it a pleasurable experience on both occasions.

The staff is superb at what they do and is sincerely keen in making “The Hub” a great place to reside. Of special note are the outdoor areas; they are beautifully maintained and add to a further sense of pride of residing at this address.”

“As a resident I absolutely love Arbors at Antelope community as a whole, and it’s by far the best community I’ve stayed in since moving to California; 100 gold stars to Ms.Noreen and too the friendly.d and welcoming front office staff thanks for making me feel welcomed and at ease because I’m very picking with staying in communities. “I lived at Foxworth a year, and it was a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. There are big trees throughout the property and a little creek with many different types of wildlife. Maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. The resident property manager, Eileen, is on top of everything. Any problems that pop up she deals with quickly and efficiently. She is fair and gives residents a break whenever she can. She also throws great parties where the residents get to know each other.As far as the residents, it’s a wonderful group of people, and it feels like a community. That’s rare, I’ve found, in an apartment setting. The residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. I had no issues in the year I was there. I always enjoyed walking my dog and talking to people along the way. It’s definitely a pet friendly community. I always felt safe when I was out with my dog.Regarding the previous review about the property being dirty and trashy, nothing could be further from the truth. If the dumpster areas were untidy, the property manager herself was out sweeping and cleaning the areas. She also kept the laundry room spotless. No trash was ever left on the ground.My only reason for leaving was the desire to buy a house. If I ever find myself in the need of a rental again, I would not hesitate to go back to Foxworth.”

“I moved out of Arlington Creek Apartments in September 2023 after living there for approximately 10-11 years. While there, I experienced a few property managers come and go as management was restructured. The first property manager Jody, was great; the in betweens not so much. Arlington Creek Apartments scored when they connected the management dream team (in my eyes) Marigold and Carmen have been nothing short of amazing! They provided structure for the complex by enforcing the lease contract for example no smoking inside of your unit, they kept the property clean with their wonderful maintenance staff. They were available to answer questions and provide quick responses should on a rare occasion my unit needed attention. The management team were also pleasant and easy to speak with. Oh the apartment complex was affordable!!! Unfortunately, I had to make a big girl decision to move out to secure my own home. I am truly grateful for the experience my girls and I had at Arlington Creek and highly recommend Arlington Creek as a place to call home. Thank you Marigold and Carmen!”

“I am writing this email to acknowledge the appreciation I have for David and his crew members, Hung and Rico. Before signing our sixth year contract, repairs and work were needed to be performed and completed before making the final decision to stay another year. We talked with David and he reassured us that he along with his crew would take care of our maintenance needs and he did far above and beyond, with a professional and respectful team that came in to satisfy us as Evergreen tenants. Besides the linoleum that will need to be replaced in the near future, which I asked David for some additional time to wait and prepare for, everything was done to our great satisfaction and we truly are grateful and thankful to have David as the maintenance supervisor and his crew members.”

“I have lived here for 2 years, meaning I’ve dealt with a healthy amount of the workers in the front office. Ever since I meant Abby, my opinion and experience has changed. Abby has dealt with all of my concerns and I’ve experienced the BEST customer service with her. She is extremely patient and kind. She has gone above and beyond when I am in need of her assistance regardless if my attitude is the same kindness or the same patience. As a manager of dental office and have been a manager for retail beauty spots, I see from the outside how much of an asset Abby is to the team. With my lease coming to an end, I am thankful for Abby assistance and appreciate her .”

“We lived there for a year. We probably would have lived further, but we needed more space as our family grew larger. I can't complain about anything. The apartment of 2 by 2 is excellent, the rooms are large. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Alejandro Ochoa. He understood our situation and allowed us to stay while we collected documents, so we have the warmest memories. Any problem was resolved quickly, such as a leaking faucet or replacing the air conditioner filter. The area is very good. I definitely recommend it.”

“I called this afternoon to inquire about the protocol for rental verification as I used to live at the property. The CA, Chantel (not sure of the spelling), was incredibly polite and professional. She offered to send my rental ledger while she communicated my question to the management team. Every time I've reached out, each team member has shown the same level of professionalism. Kudos to the management for having such a great staff”

Folks, poor or bad credit, good rental history?They will work with you. Use your mouthpiece, Good credit wins with attractive move-in bonuses. Hopefully,the owners are considering renovations. The tiling and countertops sing Manilow tunes. Lol. Seriously? Lacking dual pane windows? “So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)”

“*First off, I was not paid to give this review!!! This is my experience and my point of view.* The Villas at Fair Oaks is one of the best, if not the best complexes I’ve lived at. The staff go above and beyond for their tenants without hesitation. The apartments are super freakin cozy, when I moved in I had brand new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances!! This is also the smallest complex I’ve lived in as well. People aren’t piled on top of each other like some complexes that are 4 stories and have 1000 or more apartments. That makes me cringe just thinking about it. RCMI and their employees have always done right by me. If you’re still reading this then congratulations are in order because I know I’ve sold you on moving here. So what are you waiting for? Pack up and come on over already!!! P.S. The manager Rachel is badass. She’s super sweet, very nice and never too busy to answer your question or concern. She needs a raise too!!!!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with our maintenance man, Gustavo Orozco for the past 3 years. He is amazing and can fix anything often fixing things I have tried many times to fix. He has a broad knowledge of maintenance issues. He is soft spoken, polite, considerate and always does what he says he will do. Prior maintenance staff at this apartment have just blown me off and acted like my issue was beneath them. Gustavo never considers a request too trivial. My living at Artisan Square is much improved by having him here.”

“Renters beware. Everything others have said are true. I will never rent place where this property management is in charge. They absolutely violated ones right to privacy and security. As I write this my current running dollar amount they owe me for grossly over charging me $2200. I'm going to have to get an attorney to get the money, they also owe for an account for 3 apartments I paid for 7 years..They owe me over $10,000 for that.. it's a shame because almost all the staff is good at what the do. If they are allowed to do it. Mostly they come off as a criminal enterprise. Withholding blatant fopas like money and broken possessions”

“Have been thoroughly pleased since my move here back in July. Office staff is great, always kind and usually respond fairly quick to any email or maintenance request. I love the peacefulness and the tranquility the running streams and water features offer here. Make for a great walk anytime of the day! All in all I am happy to say this place has exceeded my expectations and I plan to be here for many years to come.”

“I love jack in the box. I grew up on there food we had it every weekend for breakfast and dinner. My mom was a nurse and worked hard and long hours so she took a break from cooking on the weekends but she always made sure we had a good breakfast and dinner always from Jack in the box .now I'm 64 yrs. My friend has nothing but good things to say about her. Place is kept up, pool is always clean and maintenance comes fairly fast when you put a service order, as well as polite.”

“I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH! Did I forget to mentioned the property is always super cleaned! I LOVE LOVE what they are doing with their plants, excellent taken cared of place. Many years to come!”

“I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”
