I had previously used a different tire shop and had a less than positive experience, but from the moment I walked in to Country Tire I was treated kindly and fairly. Whenever I call Scotty, Kenny, and Jeff are so kind and always get me in right away to check in n my concern. They always give me all of my options for repair or replacement of any part/tire and I never feel pressured into a decision. As a single mama of a young children the care they show and kindness they show me making sure my car is safe speaks volumes.
