I have always received kind and respectful service at this location. The current employees George , Nate and Madison are always helpful with any needs I may have. I recently described a product my farrier had recommended for a hoof abscess and Nate quickly found it for me.

13375 Poway Rd, PowayThis store is well-stocked generally. When stock is low, they will help find alternatives or tell you when another shipment of desired item is due to arrive. Vet and Grooming are on-site at this location - I haven't used either service. Customer Service is generally fine. The exception in the Customer Service arena is one employee who works the register and is working often. She is very surly and indifferent, and does not quickly end personal conversations with other employees to assist customers.

I love it how Devon is on schedule. During drop off she will let you know what time they would be ready by. Lately my husband been busy working and keep on missing the appointments. I'm hoping to be back to her regularly customers soon.

14031 Poway Rd, PowayAll of our cats and dogs through 25+ years have been cared for by Dr Singh or his daughter now also a vet. They provide knowledgeable, companionate, common sense care and don’t go over board in costs and procedures. The office assistants are wonderful as well. As we age, letting go of our beloved pets becomes particularly hard. They provide a gentle procedure where you can spend the last moments saying goodbye, as well as offering a cremation services that can include a beautiful keepsake box for the ashes if you wish. I thank them of their compassion and understanding through all these years, and making a very difficult thing to do just a little easier. Thanks you for taking such good care of our sweet Smokie girl.

12443 Poway Rd, PowayOur previous vet closed and recommended Advanced Care. Unfortunately, our first visit was an urgent one. However, the staff was very accommodating and compassionate. They were able to access our dog Brandy's medical records easily and managed her surgery and return home the same day. They called and checked in the next day to make sure Brandy was recovering well and we were comfortable with her recovery plan. We are grateful for the loving care provided to our family!

Dr and front desk updated us often, were thoughtful, thorough, and were transparent with costs. Our dog came through her illness and is happily back to 100%. Prices similar to other clinics.

A friend recommended us Crafty Canine so we decided to give it a try for our vacation.The facility is clean, secure, and equipped with everything a dog could dream of. We really love how there are so many add-on options. The staff here truly love what they do, and it shows in the care and attention they give to each and every dog. Safety is paramount, with secure play areas and trained professionals overseeing the fun at all times. Very important to us. Especially because our Louie isn’t the most social dog in the world.Our favorite part was receiving photos and videos of Louie throughout our vacation. We missed him so much everyday, but knowing he was in good hands allowed us to enjoy our vacation stress-free with no worries.We highly recommend this facility for any stay!Thank you so much Don and Crafty Canine staff!

13450 Poway Rd, PowaySweet little froyo spot for my co-workers and I! I hadn't had frozen yogurt for years and then one day, we decided to take our co-worker there after a nice little birthday lunch. It is located in a Poway strip mall near Aldi. I'm an Ube fanatic so I was stoked to hear that they served up that flavor. They also had toppings such as mochi, gelatin and fresh fruit which was right up my alley. They also had a no sugar added strawberry banana froyo as well which my co-worker gobbled up. Everything is priced by weight so depending on your appetite, that'll determine how much you spend. Flavors: Ube, Dole Pineapple (another fave of mine), Chocolate, Vanilla and plenty more. I'm assuming they probably switch out flavors every now and then for variety's sake. Always something for everyone! Service was friendly and efficient. I had read on their website they are a family owned, Filipino-American family which I loved...I'm always trying to support my fellow pinoys and pinays!

Ordered chicken on the barbie - which comes with BBQ sauce on the side, and has 2 medium sized chicken breast grilled to perfection! I like to order this with a baked potato (all toppings on the side - butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits and green onions), and a honey mustard salad to go with it! The restaurant also serves fresh baked bread, right out of the oven with butter. Delish! Pro tip: if you want to try the blooming onion and can't finish a whole one, you can now order "pedals", which are all the trimmed onion pieces with their famous blooming onion batter served on a plate for $1.99 (it's listed in the sides). Highly recommend! Give them a try next time you are in the area! Or go visit them again if it's been a while. I definitely recommend it!

13385 Poway Rd, PowayI hosted an event for my MeetUp's Fun Diego Ladies group. We came here last Saturday for The Groove's 80s Dance Party and had an incredible time! The band was excellent and was very fun and engaging! When the band took their breaks, we played pool. There were 2 pool tables nicely spaced apart and we had a great time! The venue is spacious. There's a private dining room, bar area, and outdoor seating. It's a great location for hosting large parties! The menu offers a large selection of typical bar food: sliders, chicken tenders, fried calamari , and other appetizers, as well healthy dinner options. The food was ok, but the service was outstanding! I look forward to checking out this place again soon and have already made a reservation for my Halloween party here! A big shout out to bartender Eric and waitress Rebecca for their extra friendly service!
