“I original found this shop online looking for butchers in my area and I’m glad I did. I’ve been there several times and they are my go to shop for stocking my freezer. Each time I am greeted by Lexi who is a very nice and helpful young lady. My wife and I love everything we have tried so far including the pork and beef brats, the ground chuck, ground round, beef roast, and I can’t forget the bacon!!! The beef roast honestly is the best I’ve ever tasted, tender and very flavorful, the bacon (I flat pan bake at 400 for 25 minutes) and is so delicious it makes me crave for more. After buying these types of meat products at the grocery store for so long I forgot what real beef is supposed to taste like. I would highly recommend trying their products you will be delighted.”
“Their sweet garlic and garlic are my favorites. I would prefer the extra fat but I usually mix the extra fat with the regular ones. My husband is also addicted to them. It’s not hard to drop at least $100 when we come here. The price is definitely worth it. We have been here several times already.”
“This is an understated burger joint. It definitely feels like a local hidden gem in its location, but has a modern steampunk vibe. Its casual feel is met by exceptional flavor and attentive customer service. My spouse wanted to go here and I was not sold. However when I went in I had Comar and Chris break down the menu, and talk to me like the most important person in the restaurant.
After deciding what I wanted to eat it was a short wait before what can only arguably be said as the greatest burger I’ve had in California. And yes I’ve had ‘The Classics.’
These burgers were so good, before finishing my lunch I ordered some to go so that I could relive this experience at home.
This burger is rich, but oh so worth it. Also the onion rings are so freaking delicious and the sauce, oh. My. God.
I wanted to write this review to give a shout out to Conan, Chris, and Swaygu but after thinking about the burger for the past 5 minutes of writing this I will be going there today to get a classic and onion rings.
