“I recently went to Lowe’s in Poway . I am a novice diy handyman so I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions and require help in making choices when it comes to selecting the right items. I was greeted and helped by a young man by the name of Levi in the paint dept. What an outstanding gentleman and employee he is . He went out of his way to be helpful and was very patient, hence 5 stars. This young man will get far with his customer service skills and knowledge!! Ask for him next time you’re at Lowe’s.”

“A nice lady grabbed a cart for me and Greyson that had toddler steering wheels on it. He absolutely loved it! We just had to run in and grab some SimpleGrout for some seashell flower pot crafts I create. Greyson, my 14 month old, had a blast!

“I just picked up 2 oval mirrors by Moen I ordered online for my master bath remodel. At customer service the crew was all pleasant and I was referred to Victoria. She was so pleasant and perky. I was delighted after meeting rudeness at Costco's customer service, admittedly for the first time. Victoria was the perfect antidote.”

“I always find something I didn't know I needed here. I found a great deal in the mark down section during the Parking lot sale. I like the layout of the Poway store. I live closer to the El Cajon store but like the parking here and there seems to be more stock on the shelves for the larger items.”
