“Update- The "manager" (I thought) in my previous review is actually the supervisor and her name is Angie. Although, she wasn't helpful (I haven't forgotten her rude customer service).. But I am changing my review to reflect the entire store (overall) and not just my one experience with Angie. I do still like going to this ROSS because I've been helped by other workers who were kind & helpful. I also like how open it is and fairly organized.”

“Absolutely the best place to shop for a prom or formal occasion dress! They look small but can order a dress from a ton of catalogs very quickly. The owner is fabulous at helping you pick what color and style would look best and then tailors it to perfection. Love, love, love this place.”

“I had an amazing experience here yesterday. I came in for wedding dress alterations and Sukhvir was the most kind, patient man who helped me with everything. Their rates are very reasonable. They have a huge selection of clothes, jewelry, and especially bangles. My fiance is also planning on coming in for his alterations as well. I couldn't recommend this place enough!”

“I enjoyed my experience at the store. The quality of the jeans was superb and I like them better than Levi’s. The Lucky Brand “Vintage Straight” Jean were my favorite fit and I really liked how light and stretchy they are. The customer service I received at the Escondido store was even better. The two female employees helped me pick out the perfect fit jean and were very patient with me. I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future.”
“I was trying on a variety of clothes and the man working the dressing room was absolutely amazing. (His name might've been Octavian but I'm horrible with names). He helped me build a whole outfit. I ended up buying way more than I originally came here for, but it made such a great outfit I can't complain. I would've never mixed and matched those pieces of clothing together on my own. I used to use a personal stylist at the Macys in UTC, but she recently retired, I wish I could hire this man to shop with me everywhere he was so helpful.”

“On a whim took the trolley all the way to Santee, & I was pleasantly surprised that I haven't done this before. The trolley stop is right in the middle of downtown Santee & surrounded by shops. We took a coffee break at Starbucks, which is right there along the trolley stop. A relaxing day of no driving!”
“I had a shipping problem where my post office had sent my package back to allegiance. Due to the busyness of Christmas we had finally figured out where the package was. Allegiance takes great pride in taking care of their customers and making sure that they are happy at all cost I have been buying my clothes here from when they first opened in Temecula mall. They have the best shirts in the business. The quality is second to none. Thank you for all your help. Will be a loyal customer for years to come.”
“I was appreciative of Taz in the fitting room area. I was doing the pee-pee dance trying on clothes, so I asked her if I could put my clothes on the front rack while I went to the restroom. When I came back all my choices were gone and another employee there who was pushing store policy that clothes weren’t supposed to be stored there. Taz came out of the back and had my clothes off to the side. Phew! I think customer service supersedes store policy in this case.”

“Came here to look for some shirts, shorts, pants and a jacket. I thought they only have dressing rooms in the back and it was closed as usual. No one ever told me there were dressing rooms in the front till today when I asked the cashier. Have they always been there? I would have bought more items if I could try them on first.”
“I bought a shirt online and was able to pick it up from the store the same day. Even though the clothing is geared towards younger people I was able to find a cool shirt that the design is exclusive to Tilly's. Cashiers were nice and said I could go into the dressing rooms to make sure it would fit. It did, yay!”
“Incredible experience thanks to store associate Ethan! I came into the store unsure about purchasing and sizes for shirts I had hoped to gift for my husband. Ethan was incredibly helpful, he greeted me, was patient with all of my questions, and listened to my concerns on the correctness of sizing. When I asked he was even willing to share his own shirt size for comparison and explained the policy on refunds/exchanges in a way that made me feel comfortable. I had been a little hesitant to come into the store after reading some other yelp reviews, but ultimately I'm glad I did because Ethan was so personable and helpful. This is the kind of good quality customer service, and positive experience that anyone should have who comes into the store, and I believe that should be praised! Ethan deserves recognition and a raise, as does any store employee who ensures a good experience for guests. 10/10 would return”

“This is a large store that is currently stocked full of everything Christmas (and a small section of Chanukah items), all made by hand! From Christmas ornaments, candles, Santa wish lists, wood tables, giant, outside Christmas lights and statues, they have everything for the holidays. Lots of employees inside, and Christmas music playing to get you really into the spirit. This is more than a store...it's a experience!”
