“I had called a bike shop " #nkys " and they told me to bring my bike in the morning so I did and they were rude and told me to come a different day since all of a sudden they were "busy" though no one was there? So I left disappointed and googled another shop. Thank god I did because when I called chain line bikes they told me to come in and I'd be taken care of, so I did and man My first time at this shop I was blown away. Customer service was top of the top tier the guys that work on the bikes were kind and super helpful! Oz , Aiden, and Alex are super professional and very knowledgeable.
