“I had called a bike shop " #nkys " and they told me to bring my bike in the morning so I did and they were rude and told me to come a different day since all of a sudden they were "busy" though no one was there? So I left disappointed and googled another shop. Thank god I did because when I called chain line bikes they told me to come in and I'd be taken care of, so I did and man My first time at this shop I was blown away. Customer service was top of the top tier the guys that work on the bikes were kind and super helpful! Oz , Aiden, and Alex are super professional and very knowledgeable. My experience at the shop was great and the prices were right. I will definitely be coming back again and again! Thank you guys at chainline bikes god bless!”

“With two boys and myself I've bought a few scooters and bikes over the past few years from here. I've brought all of them in with various problems I've caused and they've always came through with great service. If I want a bike that they don't have I'll see if they can get it simply for the service after the sale. You don't get people standing by their products the way these guys do!”

“This review is a long time coming. I have had 3 Holland's built for me; a 2001 Ti road bike with Campy 10 speed Record, a 2013 Jet Exogrid road bike with Dura Ace di2 and a 2021 Ti gravel bike with Grx components. All are perfect in every way and always a pleasure to ride. I can find flaws in everything, but these bikes are the exception. The service provided by Cody and Bill is world class. They have always been there for me whenever I've needed them. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. I have referred two people who have had bikes built and they were both impressed and extremely happy they built a Holland. Great people who make great bikes. You will never be sorry with this organization or the bikes they produce.”

“The guys in the shop are great. Even though i didn't have any luck with them having the pieces I needed. Jim and (I can't recall the younger guys' name) were really friendly and knowledgeable. I ride an older bike. 2008 stumpjumper FSR. A lot of the shops are snobbish and dismissive as soon as they see my bike roll through the door. Kudos Ttrk Bicycle La Mesa.”

“I needed some help to fix some sport wheelchair wheels that had been donated to the San Diego Wounded Warrior Tennis Program. Store Manager Tom and the technicians did a great job and at a great price in consideration of the program supporting our community. Thanks everyone! :-)”

“Really liked the friendly staff. I had a specific bike problem and the mechanic took the time to sell me the right tools and parts. It didn't feel like my questions were an inconvenience, as can be the attitude at some bike shops. I found my new local bike shop.”
