The line was 3 people out the door and the gentleman moved the customers through very quickly and friendly. Even took extra time with me to find the most efficient way to send my daughter her first college care package after I just relocated to CA from GA.

The most important thing to me is customer service and Cynthia is the perfect example of excellent customer service! She was so very helpful and friendly. She answered my questions and gave me tips for future shipments with UPS.
