It was 10:00am.I went to call at 10:15am to see if they got the email and could open the PDF I’d sent. At the same time Terry sent me an email stating my project was done and at the Front Desk ready for pick up. All of my communication with her was by phone, and she completely understood the scope of what I was requesting on my initial call; she was clear and precise her communication and came up with a complete game plan for receiving the wheels from the third party, packing them safely so they wouldn't be damaged, and getting them shipped and delivered to me.
