“The last in the office was so kind and in it. I. List my key to my storage , u called the office and the lady working was in it , sawed my lock off for me was very cautious about it. . She offered me cold water and a wet paper towel . And took care of my needs by 100 percent . I got everything taken care of real fast.. she was a very pleasant manager to fix everything . I highly recommend extra space storage on Ridgeline in Pomona . There clean . And the help was there when u needed it..and the storage area is very clean . I have no negative about this place. Can't remember the manages name . A young lady always willing to help. 8/24.”

“It's a clean facility. Staff aren't in the office daily and so you should make an appointment. Prices stay steady for a year and could go up, but usually only 10%.The only negative for me, is their are no public restrooms.”

“Gas prices are very good. Everything needs an update it looks old. But service is good the store is equipped it's nice. My favorite thing is that they take debit cards as cash. So you get the price of gas as if you are paying in cash.”
“Had a tow hitch installed here by Juan. He told me it would be about an hour and he had it done in 30 minutes. Great service will probably come back to this location for any storage or towing needs.”

“I helped my cousin move into this location. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren behind the front office desk. She was very helpful, answering all of our questions and providing all the information needed so that we felt comfortable leaving his items there in safety. If you need storage, ask for Lauren and she will make sure to get you the cleanest unit at the best price! She is simply a joy to be around since her attitude proved she loved her job and helping people.”
