“Where do I even begin. I had the most incredible customer service experience with one of your employees, Lecia. This woman is truly an angel. I was in the middle of a very stressful week, preparing to move out of state, and everything that could go wrong did. My moving truck filled up too quickly, several important items were left behind, and I desperately needed an affordable storage unit immediately.

I reserved a space online in a rush, and by the next day my situation got even worse. I lost my payout check and my debit card, and I explained everything to Lecia when I called. She listened with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. She understood exactly how stressed I was and went above and beyond to help me secure the storage unit I could afford.

Lecia communicated with me throughout the day, even while managing a line of other customers. She kept checking for me, updating me, reassuring me, and helping me navigate my situation with compassion. I was rushing from one city to another, dealing with a panic attack, worrying I would lose the unit, and she still stayed calm, supportive, and comforting. She gave me directions, reassured me the unit would still be available, and helped me feel grounded through the chaos.

When I arrived, she greeted me with a smile, guided me on where to park, and immediately told me to sit and breathe because she could see how overwhelmed I was. It genuinely felt like she carried part of my burden with me that day. She worked through the paperwork quickly, walked me step by step through everything, and personally showed me to my unit.

This is what true customer service looks like. Empathy. Patience. Compassion. Professionalism. Lecia does not do the bare minimum. She truly cares about the people she helps, and she goes above and beyond for her customers.

“I was looking for a place to store our first travel trailer. I checked out many locations but decided to store with Dan Murphy in 2003. We have gotten to know Dan personally over the years. In 2008 Dan helped us look for a used Class A Motorhome. We found one we really liked and bought it too. Over the many years Dan has helped us so many times I can’t even count anymore. From camping down in San Diego when our heat went out in January to a possible leak up in Oregon he has always been there for our family! In 2016 we sold our Motorhome because our daughter’s sports team was taking all of our time! It was extremely strange not to have something to go camping in. During Covid in 2020 we decided to start looking again and our daughter had graduated from HS. We received a call from Dan to come over to see this 2018 Class A Motorhome that was having its windshield replaced. He knew all of the features that we were looking for in a Coach. We went over and looked at and it was everything we wanted again. We were absolutely thrilled! We have been using our Coach for the past 4 years and it has been awesome! Dan does a lot of our work on our Coach. We have stored with him every year we have had an rv. The customer service is outstanding and if there is an issue he will definitely make it right! The personal care you get with Dan and Shelly is rewarding! Great people and great service! I honestly can’t give a higher recommendation! The Murphy’s are truly a Blessing and they are family!”

“Had a tow hitch installed here by Juan. He told me it would be about an hour and he had it done in 30 minutes. Great service will probably come back to this location for any storage or towing needs.”

“Gas prices are very good. Everything needs an update it looks old. But service is good the store is equipped it's nice. My favorite thing is that they take debit cards as cash. So you get the price of gas as if you are paying in cash.”
